From a first glance, it seems that our nonprofit (3 insured employees) may be best served getting a HRA. This would involve employees getting health care on the marketplace, then submitting premium cost for reimbursement from the HRA. Money put into HRA would be pre-tax, saving employer and employee money. In theory, anyway.
