Hello! We currently utilize phone services through a local business. We are exploring using Google Voice or a similar product since employees are working remote more frequently. We can set our office phone to forward, but want to explore other options, too.
Does anyone work at a nonprofit that provides a reimbursement/allowance for personal cell phone use? Do you have a policy you’d be willing to share? How do you determine the reimbursement amount? My gut was to do a % of their monthly bill based on their hours worked, but I’m sure there are other strategies.
