I am not as familiar with accountants in Missoula for 990 tax prep, but Wipfli there has been a great supporter of nonprofits. They may be able to make a referral if they are not looking for that kind of work. You may also want to check out Find a CPA - Montana Society of CPAs to search for a local contact.
Hopefully someone local in Missoula can also post some options for you!
