Does anyone know the do’s & don’ts of holding bingo, heads & tails, & other games at live fundraising events? I am getting conflicting information from a number of sources & want to make sure we are in accordance with the law for our upcoming Gala. We are planning on playing bingo, heads & tails, dart poker, spin the wheel, shot roulette, & some other games.

Hi Brandi!

You have to fill out a casino night permit application with the Department of Justice. Their form lays out all of the rules.

Here’s the application and the pertinent laws: [https://dojmt.gov/wp-content/uploads/Form-11-Casino-Night-App-3.2022-1.pdf](https://dojmt.gov/wp-content/uploads/Form-11-Casino-Night-App-3.2022-1.pdf)
