# Health insurance - any umbrella policies that MT nonprofits all subscribe to together?

Hi - This is Week 6 in my new role as ED of a nonprofit. So much to learn! I’m curious if MT nps all have to work so independently to buy health insurance - are there any alternatives out there? We have fewer than 50 employees. Thank you.

Good morning! Health insurance continues to be a tricky area for many nonprofits - we at MNA are always looking at potential solutions, but don’t have a group program right now.
